As a Senior Executive
Candor Services says:
~ You must have worked at international call centres in an outbound, inbound or technical process for six to 18 months.
~ You must have a good track record.
~ You can earn up to Rs 17,000 per month.
As a Customer Support Executive
Candor Services says:
~ You could be a graduate/ undergraduate/ post-graduate.
~ You could have up to three years of experience.
~ You must have an aptitude for handling people and a desire to excel.
~ You could also apply if you are a fresher.
~ You could earn between Rs 8,000 to Rs 13,000 in hand.
As a Technical Support Executive
Candor Services says:
~ You must have a BE/ B Tech/ MCA/ MCSE/ CCNA certification or hold a diploma in computers.
~ You must have an aptitude for troubleshooting.
~ You could also be a fresher.
~ You could earn up to Rs 9,000 to Rs 19,000 in hand.
As a Consultant/ Recruiter
Candor Services says:
~ You could have up to two years of experience in a resourcing environment, preferably in the BPO industry.
~ You could also have worked with an international call centre.
~ You must be interested in working in a day shift.
~ You could also be a fresher.
