What: The Indian Institute of Technology-Bombay invites applications for its Research Fellowships and Summer Internships.
Details
Research Fellowships
~ You must hold a B Tech/ BE/ MA/ M Com/ M Sc/ ME/ M Tech/ MBA/ MBBS or an equivalent degree, with or without experience.
~ You will get an opportunity to work on challenging research projects at IIT-Bombay.
~ Candidates with a B Tech/ BE/ M Sc degree will be entitled to a stipend in the range of Rs 8,000-Rs 10,000 per month.
~ Degree holders with experience may be considered for a higher amount.
~ Other benefits include funding for participation in national and international conferences, library facilities, hostel accommodation and working with foreign collaborators (where applicable).
Summer Internships
~ You must be a pre-final year B Tech/ BE/ MA/ M Com/ M Sc/ ME/ M Tech/ MBA/ MBBS or equivalent degree student.
~ You will get an opportunity to work on research projects under the mentorship of faculty members/ scientists during the summer vacation.
~ You maybe be considered for future research projects on completion of your degree course, and subject to your performance during the internship.
~ You will be entitled to Rs 3,000 per month for the internship, for a maximum of two months.
~ Other benefits include library facilities and hostel accommodation.
Selection method
~ You will be shortlisted selected on the basis of your academic record followed by a personal interview.
