I must tell you I haven't been keeping fit at all.
As a model, I think I was the chubbiest one around!
I never used to exercise; I've only started doing so now.
I do a lot of cardiovascular exercises. I run on the treadmill. I go in for strenuous exercises like cycling, running or working on the elliptical machines.
This is my warm up routine.
Then I do weights.
I have made this a routine. But when I travel -- and I travel a lot -- I skip working out.
When we are out for our fashion shows, we stay at five-star hotels. I get to follow my exercise routine there except for the days on which I have my events.
