Bipasha's stress-busters
The best thing is to do is to go to sleep. It always helps me.
Or to talk it out with one of my friends.
Once it's off my chest, I feel always better.
Reading a book is another way to beat stress. It invariably helps take my mind off whatever is bothering me.
I have still not tried meditation.
In the last 20 days or so, I have started exercising for the first time. It helps me feel better.
Basically, either sleep or some vigorous physical activity works for me as a stress-buster. Two opposites, aren't they?
