Bharat Shah gatecrashes Bhujbal wedding

Film financer Bharat Shah, who is out on bail, caused some embarrasment to the Bhujbal family.

Apperently, Shah attended the wedding of Deputy Chief Minister Chhagan Bhujbal's son Pankaj, though he was uninvited.

It was later found out that a senior leader Mukesh Gandhi had invited Shah without the prior consent of the Deputy CM.

Mahima stages another walk-out

Mahima Chaudhry has walked out of Sanjay Roy's Sarhad.

This film is not to be confused with Raman Kumar's Sarhad Paar, which also stars the actress.

Other films that Mahima has walked out of include Anant Mahadevan's Dil Vil Pyar Vyar and Mahesh Manjrekar's Pran Jaaye Par Chawl Na Jaaye.

NASA woman turns director

India's first woman engineer, who worked for NASA and IBM for the past 30 years, will now direct a Hindi film.

Nilu Niranjana Gavankar -- chemical engineer by profession -- has just completed her directoroial debut titled Aankhon Mein Sapne Liye which stars Sharbani Mukherji's brother Samrat along with model Cleo Issacs.
