No nomination for Karan
Karan Johar is miffed with the Screen Annual Awards. Why, you ask? The director hasn't received a nomination in the Best Director Category for the upcoming awards for his blockbuster Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. The directors who will be competing for the top slot then would be Anil Sharma (Gadar), Ashutosh Gowariker (Lagaan), Farhan Akhtar (Dil Chahta Hai), Madhur Bhandarkar (Chandni Bar) and Shyam Benegal (Zubeidaa)
Jackie Shroff is the Icon Of The Year
Jackie Shroff was awarded the Icon Of The Year Award by Vijay Mallya and Shobhaa De at the King Fisher Fashion Show held recently in Mumbai. Jackie said that he owed his sophisticated look to his wife Ayesha and designer Anna Singh. The actor continues to remain a favourite with the youth and still impresses every one with his charm.
