Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage release postponed
The Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage release has been postponed by a week to avoid a clash with the Amitabh-starrer, Aankhen. Originally slated for a April 5 release the film stars the the Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai pair of Hrithik Roshan and Amisha Patel
Noted writer Ram Kelkar passes away Noted writer Ram Kelkar, who excelled in Hindi and Marathi literature, died yesterday at a city hospital in Mumbai, family sources said. Kelkar has written screenplays for several top filmmakers in Bollywood including Subhash Ghai, J Om Prakash and Sohanlal Kanwar. The writer had scripted dialogues for a number of blockbusters including Kalicharan, Hero, Sanyasi, Khalnayak, Beimaan and Aap Ki Kasam. PTI
After having worked on a theatre and arts module with the remand home girls of the juvenile home for rescued trafficked girls, actress Mita Vasisht has directed a play performed by the girls from the home. Neeti Mankikaran, a comedy by Satish Dave based on a text by Paou Kun, will be staged at the Kasturba Reception Centre for Women, Mumbai, on February 14 and 15 at 1900 hours.
Nagma is the latest to join the campaign trail after the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Govinda, Hema Malini and Preity Zinta. While the Big B did it for the Samajwadi Party and Govinda for the Congress, Nagma will be making public appearances for the BJP in Delhi and Ludhiana.
