Kajol and Vivek together

Vivek Oberoi Kajol has been signed to star in Zoya Akhtar's debut film opposite new sensation Vivek Oberoi.

Zoya is the sister of Dil Chahta Hai director Farhan Akhtar and daughter of noted lyricist Javed Akhtar. The film, a romantic comedy, will be based on the Hugh Grant-Julia Roberts starrer Notting Hill.

Karisma's heading South

Karisma Kapoor Karisma Kapoor wants to shift her attention to regional cinema as sister Kareena hogs the limelight in Bollywood.

The star, who began her career with commercial films and who later moved on to more complex roles in films like Zubeidaa and Fiza, thinks it's time now for some regional films.

Karisma said she had been so busy with Hindi cinema that there was no time to think of regional language cinema despite good offers from Tamil and Telugu filmmakers.

The actress said that she would now consider those offers.

Company hits bullseye

Ajay Devgan Ram Gopal Varma's Company which opened across the country on April 12 has lived up to expectations.

The reviews have been good and the junta feedback has been impressive. Vivek Oberoi has his first hit, as the film opened to 100 per cent collections in Mumbai.

En Vogue -- Kaizad Gustad

Bombay Boys director Kaizad Gustad's latest venture Boom is generating a lot of attention especially in the fashion world.

Designer Tarun Tahiliani was roped in to play himself in the film and it is believed that designers Hemant Trivedi, Wendell Rodricks, Rohit Bal and Malini Ramani have been approached at also make appearances in the film.
