				Sunil Shetty is sincere in his performance. He has a meaty role and he delivers the goods. Though his accent and dialogue delivery is fairly inconsistent , he plays the part of the bumpkin with relative ease. Mahima Chaudhry as the tenant bags the more serious part in this comic caper. Except for her introductory scene with Paresh Rawal, which is pleasant and manages to highlight her potential for comedy, her comic skills remain unexploited. Her screechy dialogue delivery, frilly costumes and silk saris, notwithstanding, Mahima does a decent job.
