Kannada films -- now showing at...

Members of the newly constituted Kannada Film Producers' Association have sought to reschedule show timings to allow working executives to watch Kannada films in the night.

Film producers would like to revert to the earlier exhibition timings when morning shows were screened at 11 am, the matinee at 2:30 pm, first show at 6 pm and the night shows at 9:30 pm. Though police authorities had cleared this proposal, it still had to take effect.

Producers may have to sacrifice their share for a show at least, but more people would be able to watch Kannada films.
