Yaadein features in UK Top Ten

Subhash Ghai's film, Yaadein, finds itself in UK Top Ten in just one weekend.

The film, shot in the UK and India, released four days ago. It has already earned 133,000 pounds, outstripping Taal's, Lagaan's and Gadar's first weekend earnings.

Industry sources say Yaadein is not a phenomenon, but an indication of a trend. The British are increasingly interested in finding out more about film stars who dwarf Hollywood's greatest in their fan following.
