Anupam Kher makes his English film debut

Anupam Kher Anupam Kher has returned from London after shooting for Bend It Like Beckham -- his first English film.

Kher plays a Sikh in the film directed by Gurinder Chadha. But Kher got no chance to act with footballer David Beckham as the latter will only appear in the last shot of the film.

Kher is the only Indian actor in the film. The rest of the cast is British.

Dimple won't act with Rajesh

Dimple Kapadia National-award-winner-turned-candle-maker Dimple Kapadia, who was believed to make an appearance on stage with estranged husband Rajesh Khanna has denied that she will be acting in the play.

Dimple will be making her comeback into Hindi cinema with the eagerly awaited Dil Chahta Hai.

Teenage fan breaks into Hrithik's residence

Hrithik Roshan An eighteen-year-old boy from Kolhapur broke into Hrithik Roshan's house, only to be handed over to the police.

Rakesh Roshan was shocked when he noticed the intruder perched on the third floor parapet of the house. He then called the security and handed him over to them.

Double role for Charlie Chaplin

Charlie Chaplin a new South film will star Prabhu and Prabhu Deva who will play the roles of Charlie and Chaplin, respectively.

Abirami will be paired opposite Prabhu while Monal will be Prabhu Deva's on-screen partner in this Shakthi Chidambaram film.

Bharani will score the music for the film with lyrics are by Pa Vijay, Thamarai, Kabilan and Sinehan.
