Ramp and television model John Abraham is set to make his debut in Hindi cinema with Rahul Rawail's upcoming film.

Juhi Babbar had been shortlisted for to play the female lead, but she turned it down. Shooting is scheduled to begin in a month's time.

Dev Anand for film in brother's memory

Evergreen actor Dev Anand will star in Jana Na Dil Se Door -- a film dedicated to his eldest brother, filmmaker Chetan Anand. The film will be directed by younger brother Vijay Anand who had earlier directed Guide.

The brothers said that they were working together after 25 years for this film dedicated to their eldest brother Chetan Anand who never got the recognition he deserved.

Jana Na Dil Se Door is a low-budget film with a simple story.

Mahesh Manjrekar is not doing a Shakeel film

Vaastav director Mahesh Manjrekar has denied making a film on Chhota Shakeel.

Sections of the media had reported that the director asked the don to share a few incidents in the latter's life, which could be used to make a film on him.

Several film stars have been accused of having spoken to Chhota Shakeel or working in films financed by him.
