J P Dutta wants Shah Rukh for Tiger Hill

After Mission Kashmir J P Dutta's upcoming opus Tiger Hill is all set to get underway.

Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgan, Jackie Shroff, Abhishek Bachchan, Sunil Shetty, Saif Ali Khan, Akshaye Khanna and Arbaaz Khan have already been roped in for the title roles. And if you thought that this was as good as it gets, you're mistaken.

For, the acclaimed director is planning on signing on King Khan Shah Rukh too. Tiger Hill is something Shah Rukh wouldn't want to miss.

Mihir from Kyunki... in the major league now

Rejoice all ye members of the Amar Upadhyay, aka Mihir Virani fan club. After being brought back to life on the telly screens on the ever poplular Kyunki... Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, he's on his way to a new life as celluloid hero. Seven feature films are definitely in the pipeline.

The young man will play romantic lead with the likes of Manisha Koirala, and is keen to even take on as an action jack. Somehow I don't think he fits the bill, do you?

Of Priyanka, Govinda, Anil and Chadrachur

Govinda will be paired opposite Miss World, Priyanka Chopra in Raja Bhaiya a Kalyani Singh to be directed by Anees Bazmee.

Chopra has already been cast opposite Anil Kapoor in a Ripples Picture Entertainment film, and Chandrachur Singh, who has set his sights on a comeback after Josh.

Anupam's son want to follow in his footsteps

Kiron and Anupam's son, Sikander Kher is sweating it out on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali Devdas.

Sikander, who wants to get a taste of the art film-making before he makes his debut, decided to try his hand at being a production assistant.

His mother Kiron said that Sikander was always keen to becoming an actor.

Preity Zinta's not Preity Zinta

For the ignorant few, Preity Zinta's real name is Preeti Jinta. She hails from Seao village in the highland valley of Rohru, in the interior of Shimla district.

Preity's lost her father, a retired Lt Colonel in a motor mishap, when she was studying at a boarding school - Jesus & Mary, at Shimla. She went on to graduate from St Bede's College in town and even considered pursuing a post graduate in Psychology at Delhi University.

She got an opportunity to do an advertisement for a leading chocolate company, which propelled her to the limelight, by sheer chance. Apparently the model for the shoot did not show up, and the bubbly Preity was chosen instead.
