Kajol and Ajay in grief

Actress Kajol's eight week old foetus, was surgically removed in an emergency operation at Breach Candy hospital in Mumbai. Ajay Devgan has cancelled his shooting schedules to be with wife Kajol.

Ajay, who has been married to Kajol for over three years now, said that they opted for surgery as Kajol's life was in danger.

Doctors have emphasised that Kajol will be capable of bearing children in the future. Kajol who was discharged from the hospital is recuperating at her Juhu residence and has been advised a fortnight's bed rest.

Hirthik's first wedding anniversary

Hrithik Roshan, who is riding high with the success of K3G celebrates his first wedding anniversary today. Friends and family of the couple will gather at the Marriot Hotel in Mumbai to toast the couple.

Hrithik will be shooting for Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage on his anniversary. The film stars Amisha Patel and is directed Vikram Bhatt.

The past year, Hrithik's says, has helped him strike a balance between his personal and professional life. "I have stopped shooting on Sundays. Suzanne also accompanies me when I go on outdoor shoots," he says.

Chi Chi no more

Govinda has decided to rid himself of his pet name. We called the actor on his mobile and politely asked for Chi Chi but the the voice at the other end said, 'Please don't call him Chi Chi as it has brought him bad luck'.

Chi Chi, means little finger in Punjabi and since Govinda was the youngest member of his family, he was called Chi Chi.

From now on we shall address Govinda as Govinda. Wonder if his luck will change?
