Key constituencies in Phase 4
Pilibhit, which has been one of the most talked about and controversial constituencies of Lok Sabha elections 2009, will witness a fight mainly between BJP debutant Varun Gandhi, who was arrested for his alleged 'hate speech' against Muslims during poll campaigns, and VM Singh of Congress. BSP's Buddhsen Verma and SP's Riyaz Ahmad are also in the fray.
