The biggest cricket gala event, the World Cup, is over but the headlines of ‘best XI’ are still overflowing.

A New Zealand-based website begged to differ and have released the worst team of the just concluded cricket World Cup, with Eoin Morgan as the captain of the underachieving players.

A Kiwi website has announced its 'Not First XI' of the tournament, stating that they were going to call the team England, but unfortunately that name has been taken.

Dwayne Smith - Opener - West Indies (93 runs, average 15.5)

Quinton de Kock - Opener - South Africa (145 runs, average 20.71)
