More stars than they are in heaven were at the Sachin: A Billion Dreams premiere.

India's One Day team, India's richest man, the biggest Bollywood star and other A-listers made it a memorable evening at the world premiere of Sachin: A Billion Dreams in Mumbai on Wednesday, May 24.

India's ODI team, along with the support staff, watched the film before they flew to England for the ICC Champions Trophy.

India Captain Virat Kohli was present along with girlfriend, Bollywood star Anushka Sharma.

Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan attended with son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, fresh from her sensational appearance at Cannes.

Among the other Bollywood top stars were the two Khans -- Shah Rukh and Aamir and the young and energetic Ranveer Singh.

Music AR Rahman, who has composed the music for the movie, came along with son Ameen, while Olympic bronze medallist Vijender Singh was also present.

Mumbai Indians owners Mukesh, Nita and their son Akash Ambani were present at the event.

Ramakant Achrekar, Sachin Tendulkar's guru, dropped in to bless him.

Another special invitee was Tendulkar's biggest fan, Sudhir Kumar Chaudhary.

Sudhir could be spotted in stadia when Tendulkar was playing, his body painted in the tri-colour and 'Tendulkar' written across his chest.

Sachin: A Billion Dreams is directed by James Erskine, the Emmy-nominated filmmaker who made Battle of the Sexes on the famous tennis match between Wimbledon champion Billie Jean-King and Bobby Riggs.
