Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) is to provide free passes for school and college students to watch the fourth and penultimate Test match between India and England to be held at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai from December 8-12.
"The passes will be issued against a letter from the school/college signed by the Principal on first come first serve basis. Each school/college will be allotted a maximum 15 passes for the said match," a media release from MCA stated.
"The Association has also planned a series of events, including interaction with former and current Indian cricketers during the breaks, to enable spectators to meet and talk to them," the release added.
Mumbai is hosting a Test match after a three-year gap, the last one being Sachin Tendulkar's farewell game against the West Indies in November, 2013.
India lead England 2-0 in the five-game Test series with the final match scheduled to be held at Chennai's M A Chidambaram Stadium from December 16-20.
