India's injuries worries continued with opener Virender Sehwag struggling with a sore back during the first One-Day International against South Africa in Jaipur, on Sunday.

Sehwag could be a doubtful starter for the second ODI to be played in Gwalior on Wednesday after sustaining the injury while batting in the first game.

Sehwag, who made a quickfire 46 from 37 deliveries, sustained the injury while batting during India's innings. He was down with sore back and didn't take the field for South Africa's innings.

India have already lost Zaheer Khan, Yuvraj Singh and Gautam Gambhir because of injuries.
