Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan showered flying kisses to fans off the pitch as his, team Kolkata Knight Riders, battled it out against Kings XI Punjab at the Eden Gardens, in Kolkata, on Wednesday night.
It turned out to be a happy outing for ‘King Khan’, as Andre Russell guided Kolkata Knight Riders to a seven-run victory over Kings XI Punjab, which perched them atop the Indian Premier League points' table on their return home.
Khan, clad in a white t-shirt and sporting a beard, was seen having a balloon fight with son AbRam.
Earlier in the day, Khan tweeted about his arrival in Kolkata to watch his first 'home match' this season.
"Practising our dance moves little AbRam and me as we preppare for our first match in Kolkata. Ami Kolkata here we come... see you all at the Garden," Khan posted on Twitter.
Cricket Association of Bengal president and former India skipper Sourav Ganguly also watched the engaging match with Khan.
Ganguly and Shahrukh have had a tempestuous relationship, but on Wednesday Dada seemed to be playing the gracious host to the Dilwale star.
