Mumbai will be without injured pace bowler Dhawal Kulkarni for their Ranji Trophy semi-final against Madhya Pradesh, starting February 13, at Cuttack.
"Dhawal is injured. He picked up a hamstring injury during the quarter-final against Jharkhand at Mysore," Mumbai Cricket Association's joint-secretary Unmesh Khanvilkar said on Tuesday.
Mumbai, who inflicted a 395-run defeat on Jharkhand in the quarter-finals, have included Bhavin Thakkar in place of Jay Bista as "Bista is not performing as per expectations", said Khanvilkar.
