West Indies all-rounder Ryan Hinds has been ruled out of Friday's second Test against South Africa with a viral illness.
Hinds made 48 in the first innings of the drawn first Test in Georgetown.
His absence means that batsman Donovan Pagon, who made 35 on his debut in the first Test, is expected to keep his place despite the return of Brian Lara.
