Deepak Chahar smashed 28 runs off 15 balls to help Mumbai Indians put on 155 for 9 in their 20 overs against Chennai Super Kings in Chennai on Sunday.

Khaleel Ahmed started the rout with the early wickets of Rohit and Rickelton before Noor Ahmad took four wickets to strangle MI in the middle overs.

Chahar provided the late succour with two fours and two sixes to help MI go past the 150-run mark.

CSK's impact sub Rahul Tripathi is on the field as Satyanarayana is the last man in for MI .

Khaleel back in the attack and Chahar welcomes him with a slap over extra cover for a four.

Slower ball next and Chahar lofts it down the ground and over the bowler for a six!

Chahar and Boult then take three singles before Boult goes for the big one, only to miscue and is caught by Gaikwad at mid-on. He is out for 1 and that is Khaleel's third wicket of the night.
