India 120-4 (31 ovs) vs B'desh | Scorecard

Rahul being very watchful in his first Test after a while. He solidly plays out a maiden over from Rana, who bowled at a good pace in the 140s through the over to test out the Indian batter's defence.

Mahmud continues from the other end. Jaiswal leaves the first ball which bounces quite a lot as wicketkeeper Litton Das has to leap high to his left to collect it.

The next ball is on length closer to the stumps line as Jaiswal is forced to defend before it moves away late to go past the outside edge.

The third ball is again a beauty! Mahmud gets it move away late to again go past the outside edge as Bangladesh appeal this time but the umpire is unmoved.

Mahmud loses his line as he sprays it way down the leg side beating even wicketkeeper Das for four byes.

The fifth ball is full down the leg side as Jaiswal misses the clip but it goes fine off his pads for four leg byes.

Rana oversteps for the third time for another no-ball and Rahul plays a beautiful straight drive off an overpitched delivery for his first four.

The last ball is quick and bounces quite sharply as Rahul leaves and wicketkeeper Litton dives to his left but can't stop it cleanly to concede four byes.

The extra counts have gone up to 21 -- the third highest scorer for India in this innings.
