Siraj goes to GT for 12.25 crore

Starting at a base price of Rs 2 crore, Gujarat Titans make the opening bid for Mohammed Siraj. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) quickly enter the bidding, and both teams engage in a fierce back-and-forth.

The bid climbs to Rs 8.25 crore, with CSK eventually backing out. Just when it seemed like the battle might be over, Rajasthan Royals step in with a bid of Rs 8.50 crore. The bid then crosses the Rs 10 crore mark, and the Titans and Royals continue their tussle.

Finally, Gujarat Titans raise the bid to Rs 12.25 crore, and with Rajasthan Royals backing out, Siraj is secured by the Titans.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) decide not to exercise their Right to Match (RTM), and Siraj moves to Gujarat Titans for Rs 12.25 crore.
