Aus 332-8 (85 ovs) vs India 180 | Scorecard

Local hero Travis Head struck a sensational century as Australia continued to dominate proceedings, extending their lead to 152 runs at dinner against India on day two of the pink ball Test in Adelaide on Saturday.

Head struck almost a run-a-ball 140 in front of his home crowd as Australia reached 332/8 when dinner was taken.

Head, who was dropped twice, made the most of his reprieves. He smashed 17 fours and four maximums in his 141-ball knock as the game seemingly edged away from India.

India picked four wickets in the session. Mohammed Siraj struck twice including putting an end to Head's entertaining knock, which afforded the Australian lower order to bat with freedom.

Bumrah continues and Starc plays three dots.

Cummins takes a couple of steps forward to drive and gets a thick inside edge and the ball runs past his stumps for a four to fine leg.

Bumrah then has Cummins bowled neck and crop as he goes forward to defend but the ball sneaks past his inside edge to crash into the stumps. 5 runs and a wicket come off it.

Siraj continues and Starc starts the over with a four past backward point.

Two dots later, Starc drives the ball straight past mid-on for a four.

Starc then plays a pick up and it falls in no man's land as he gets a couple.

A single to end the over as 11 come off it.

Bumrah continues and just a single comes in the over as India lose a review for caught behind off Cummins.
