Kaif goes unsold again

New Zealand all-rounder Jesse Ryder was the first unsold player to be sold from the list of 28 players, who were up for grabs again.

Ryder, who started with a base price of $100,000, was bought by the newly-formed franchise for $150,000.

Meanwhile, former India players VRV Singh and Mohammad Kaif, who started with the same base price was once again unsold.

South African David Miller up for grabs at $100,000 and Australian Daniel Harris at $20,000 were also ignored.

Dillon du Preez, starting at $50,000, also did not find a buyer.
