India smashed a mammoth 392 for four in the third One-Day International in Christchurch on Sunday to register their highest total against New Zealand.
It easily surpassed the 376 for two they posted against the Kiwis at Hyderabad in November 1999.
This is also India's second highest against any country after the 413 for five they made against minnows Bermuda in the 2007 World Cup.
