Sri Lanka's tour of Pakistan next year is in jeopardy after the tourists proposed dates that clashed with a series against Bangladesh.
A senior official at the Pakistan Cricket Board said Sri Lanka wanted the series, which was arranged after India cancelled their trip following the attacks in Mumbai, to start around Feb 15 for two Tests, three one-day internationals and a Twenty20 match.
"The problem is that Pakistan is due to tour Bangladesh from March 3 to play five one-day internationals," Saleem Altaf, chief operating officer of the board told Reuters, adding that discussions over new dates with Bangladesh would start soon.
