Dimitri Mascarenhas bowled a magnificent spell in the middle overs, not only restricting the runs but also picked a few important wickets.
Uthappa made 22 before he hit Mascarenhas straight to Anderson at mid-off. Mascarenhas struck again when Yuvraj (28) steered a catch to skipper Paul Collingwood at short third man.
Mascarenhas finished with best figures for England, claiming 3 for 23 from 10 overs.
