India vs England, 5th ODI
September 2, 2007
England captain Paul Collingwood led from the front, with a superb knock of 91.
He hit 3 boundaries and four sixes in his 71-ball knock, but could not get enough support from the other end.
England were reduced to 242 for 8 after 39 overs before heavy rain made it impossible for play to resume.
India won the match by 38 runs courtesy of the Duckworth-Lewis method to keep the seven-match series alive at 3-2 in favour of the hosts.
