Ton-up Indians in Tests

Sourav Ganguly on Wednesday will become only the seventh Indian to complete a century of Test matches and he will be the oldest among Indians to accomplish this feat.

Ganguly will be 35 years and 171 days old at the start of the Melbourne Test and he will break Sunil Gavaskar's Indian record. Sachin Tendulkar is the youngest Indian to do so, while Rahul Dravid took least time (from the date of debut) in playing his 100th Test.

Kumble is the only player to see India win in his 100th Test. Gavaskar, Kapil and Tendulkar's 100th Test were drawn games, whereas Vengsarkar and Dravid ended on the losing sides.
