Selection controversies may have pushed his career to the brink, but an undeterred Sourav Ganguly declared on Thursday that he has no plans to call it quits since he is "playing well at the moment".
The former captain also clarified he was comfortable in the Indian dressing room and willing to open the innings if the team management so desired.
"I am playing well at the moment and I will continue to play," Ganguly told Times Now.

"I just played in one Test and in both innings I contributed in 100-run partnerships. But I am disappointed that I got out at a crucial point in the match. We had made a 100-run partnership and my wicket could have made a big difference," he said.
Ganguly, who was not picked in the one-day team and will return home on Friday, dismissed talk of being isolated in the dressing room, saying he had a good time during the just-concluded Test series.
"These are mere speculations. I had a good time in the dressing room. All the boys have played under me, so there is no problem."
He also said he had offered suggestions to skipper Rahul Dravid on the field which were sometimes accepted.
"Yes, these things are there. I give my suggestions. And there are times when Rahul has carried out those," he said.
Ganguly said he did not mind opening the innings and could do that in future.
"If I am asked I will do that," he added.
