South Africa notched up their first two-day Test win when they beat Zimbabwe by an innings and 21 runs at Newlands on Saturday.
It was only the 18th time a Test had been won inside two days in the history of the game. The home side have a 1-0 lead in the two-Test series.
Dion Ebrahim top scored for Zimbabwe with 72 in their second inning of 265 all out after the visitors had been dismissed for a paltry 54 in the first.
South Africa had posted 340 for three in just 50 overs by the close on the first day and declared before the start of play on the second.
Graeme Smith scored 121 for South Africa while A B de Villiers added 98 and Jacques Kallis weighed in with the fastest Test 50 in history when he smashed his half-century off only 24 balls.
