A V Jayaprakash and K Hariharan are the umpires nominated by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to stand as field umpires in the six one-day internationals against Pakistan along with ICC-appointed umpires.

Jayaprakash would officiate as the field umpire in the first two ODIs on April 2 (Kochi) and 5 (Vishakapatnam) along with ICC-appointed Billy Bowden before giving way to Hariharan to officiate in the third to fifth ODIs scheduled on April 9 (Jamshedpur), April 12 (Ahmedabad) and April 15 (Kanpur).

Jayaprakash would be the on-field umpire for the sixth and final ODI scheduled at Delhi on April 17.

For the three-Test series preceding the ODI rubber, Hariharan, Jayaprakash and I Shivram have been entrusted with the job of doing the third umpire's duties by watching TV replays. The ICC has already nominated Elite Panel umpires to do on-field umpires' duties during the Tests.

Rudi Koertzen and Darrel Hair are to officiate in the first Test at Mohali (Mar 8-12), Hair and Steve Bucknor would stand in the second Test at Kolkata (Mar 16-20) while Billy Bowden and Simon Taufel have been entrusted with the third and final Test at Bangalore (Mar 24-28).

Bowden would officiate as the ICC-appointed on-field umpire in the first three ODIs while Koertzen would replace him for the last three ODIs. Chris Broad is the ICC match referee for the entire series.

B A Jamula and Balwant Sharma have been nominated as the two on-field umpires for the one-day warm-up tie to be held at Hyderabad on March 30 between the visiting team and a home selection which is yet to be named.
