Australian captain Ricky Ponting is up three places to be third among the batsmen while Adam Gilchrist is the new inclusion in place of compatriot Justin Langer in the top ten.
South African bowler Shaun Pollock climbed two places up to be third among the bowlers and Makhaya Ntini is up one place on eighth.

However, English batsman Andrew Strauss is on rise and has reached the doorstep of the top ten list at 11th position and became the country's highest rated batsman in the list.
Australian paceman Glenn McGrath topped the bowler's list.
