India vs Australia, Third Test, Day 4

Complete coverage | Match report | Scorecard

At tea on the third day, India were 84 for five, with opener Virender Sehwag holding one end up on 49.

Sehwag top-scored with 58 and Parthiv Patel (32) and Ajit Agarkar (44 not out) put up some stiff resistance but wickets fell again in the final session despite flashy cameos by the tailenders.

Australia bowled out India for 200, to win the match by 342 runs and register their first series win on Indian soil since 1969.
