Mohammed Kaif (left) was electric in the field and took a brilliant catch on the straight boundary to dismiss Pakistani all-rounder Shoaib Malik when it appeared that the Pakistanis would pull off an improbable win.

Kaif nearly collided with Hemang Badani as they both attempted the same catch. Badani managed to get out of the way in the nick of time and only Kaif's right leg brushed him.
