The two national selectors, who were allegedly offered bribe by a player to buy his place in the India 'A' team, on Thursday night submitted their report to the Board of Control for Cricket in India on the issue.

Confirming this the national selector from East Zone Pranab Roy told PTI: "I have given the report to the BCCI chief Jagmohan Dalmiya. I have also spoken to him on the matter."

Roy, however, refused to divulge the content of the one-page report, saying it was the BCCI's prerogative.

BCCI sources said the selector from West Zone Kiran More has also submitted a similar report.

"The BCCI will now deliberate on them and they will make public our stand tomorrow," the sources said.

The controversy erupted after BCCI joint secretary Ratnakar Shetty broke the news to the media about a player trying to bribe his way into the India 'A' squad for theĀ  coming home series against Sri Lanka 'A'.
