India, Zimbabwe factfile
India and Zimbabwe clash in the first Test of a two-match series in Nagpur, from February 21. Both countries have met seven times, with India winning thrice and Zimbabwe twice. Two matches were drawn.
On their last trip to India, in November 2000, Zimbabwe lost the Test series 0-1 but not before Andy Flower defied the Indian attack to score a sparkling double century and earn his team a draw in the second Test.
Mohandas Menon presents a statistical outlook of the teams and players' performances in those matches.
