Raymond Synthetics fixes book closure

Raymond Synthetics Ltd has fixed January 30, 2003 to February 05, 2003 as the book closure for the purpose of reduction of share capital by 50% from Rs 1.24 billion by writing off a sum of Rs 62.03 crore. The existing equity shares stand cancelled and new share certificates shall be issued to the existing shareholders in the ratio of one fully paid up equity share of Rs 10 for every two old equity shares held.
