Footwear from Pantaloon soon

Pantaloon Retail (India) Ltd on Friday said it would set up a joint venture company with Liberty Shoes Ltd for the business of footwear
retailing.

Pantaloon will invest Rs 12.75 crore (Rs 127.5 million) for a stake in the joint venture company, it informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
