The issue of content code for television news channels will be discussed with all stake holders to find a solution, Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambika Soni said on Friday.

"The content code issue will be discussed with all stakeholders and a solution to the problem worked out," she said after moving to her chamber in Shastri Bhavan and meeting ministry officials.

On the differences between Prasar Bharati CEO B S Lalli and the public broadcaster's board, Soni said "the matter is subjudice. But I will study all the relevant documents".

She said that with Commonwealth Games scheduled for next year, her ministry would step up preparations to ensure high quality broadcast of the mega sporting event.

The minister said the issue of providing medical facilities under CGHS to mediapersons will be looked into.
