Car sales up by 7.6% in October

According to figures released by Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers Association, motorcycles sales in the domestic market in the month of October increased by 28.8 per cent to 6,23,434 units as against 4,84,008 units in the same month a year ago.

Commercial vehicles sales registered a growth of 18 per cent at 31,663 units during the month as against 26,645 units in the same period last year.
