Bajaj Intl in pact with UK co

Bajaj International has inked a pact with UK based Thinking Applications, for their web based customer relationship management product OfficeSpark.

While Bajaj International is a channel partners for this product for the whole of SAARC region, Sun Microsystems' iForce is the channel partner of Thinking Applications for OfficeSpark in the US.

Speaking on the occasion, Anant Bajaj, executive director, Bajaj International said, " We are happy to be associated with this new generation CRM product, which is the first of its kind.

"We are proud to be able to offer this product to our Indian customers, at the outset. OfficeSpark will definitely reduce overall business cost which will, in turn, save time and money in the market."

Ketan Pandya, CEO and co-founder of Thinking Applications said, " Thinking Applications is looking at being a global force and our goal is to create a 'spark' in every ' office' across the world. Our association with Bajaj International gives us the confidence that we can achieve this goal in India and the SAARC market."

Bajaj International's primary customers will be the telecom industry, government sector organisations, the FMCG industry and media.

OfficeSpark integrates in real-time all critical commercial, administrative and communications functions that make an enterprise more productive 'on-demand'. OfficeSpark is completely SMS-enabled.

OfficeSpark is a product based on Thinking Application's Ocean - an easy to use software infrastructure platform that allows you to build global software applications at high speed with minimum cost. Ocean is the only infrastructure that provides support for the complete development life cycle with over 16 ready to use applications as standard.

OfficeSpark has been formed to market a new generation of highly integrated Wi-Fi and web-based communication, collaboration and CRM services.
