A complaint case was filed in a Bihar's court against the Indian cricket team coach Greg Chappell, BCCI President Sharad Pawar and former chief of the selection committee Kiran More.

Umeshwar Dutt Pathak, a lawyer, has filed a case in the court of the Chief Judicial magistrate at Ara civil court against Chappell, Pawar and More, official sources in the court said on Tuesday.

The court has admitted the case and ordered an inquiry into it.

Pathak told rediff.com over telephone that he has filed the case under Sections 120(B), 408, 409, 420, 500 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

He blamed the three for the humiliating ouster of the Indian cricket team from the World Cup.

"The three of them are mainly responsible for poor show of Indian cricket team," Pathak said.

Pathak in his petition said that defeat of India at the hands of Bangladesh and Sri Lanka had hurt and insulted millions of Indian cricket fans.
