Bhupathi in mixed doubles semis

India's Mahesh Bhupathi and Daniela Hantuchova of Slovakia reached the mixed doubles semifinal at the US Open on Tuesday.

They beat Kevin Ullyett of Zimbabwe and Ai Sugiyama of Japan 7-5, 6-2 in their quarterfinal match.
