Manchester United will face Barcelona in the Champions League final later this month after completing an emphatic 6-1 aggregate semi-final victory over Schalke 04 at Old Trafford Wednesday.
United secured a thumping 4-1 victory on the night thanks to goals from Antonio Valencia after 26 minutes, Darron Gibson (31st) and two from Anderson in the 72nd and 76th to follow up last week's 2-0 win in the first leg in Germany.

Jose Manuel Jurado scored for Schalke after 35 minutes but they could not stop United posting the biggest aggregate victory in a Champions League semi-final.

United manager Alex Ferguson made nine changes from the side that beat Schalke last week and his fringe players took an early grip on the game which they never relinquished as they stormed into their third Champions League final in four seasons.
They now face Barcelona, who beat them 2-0 in the final two seasons ago, at Wembley Stadium on May 28.
