Former undisputed heavyweight boxing champion of the world Mike Tyson’s new memoir was supposed to make heads turn. And it did!

Tyson confessed in his new book Undisputed Truth that he used a fake penis to fool drug-testers and fought on cocaine.

According to the Mirror, Tyson claimed he spent a large chunk of his career addicted to cocaine and marijuana.

He also admits taking drugs before his shock loss to Londoner Danny Williams in Louisville in July 2004 in his memoir published on Tuesday, the report said.

The New Yorker, who retired in 2005, also admits devising a fake penis to avoid failing drugs tests, the report added.

Tyson said he came up with the idea before his fight against Lou Savarese at HampdenPark in June 2000 and one of his team would bring it to each contest, the report further said.

He admits he had taken 'blow' and 'pot' before the bout and filled his penis with someone else's urine to dupe the testers, according to the report.

Tyson, the youngest boxer ever to win the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight titles, retired from boxing and been through years of rehab, the report mentioned.
